Shagun K Singh - Spiritual healer Coach In Gurgaon

Being a spiritual healer, I, Shagun K Singh have the opportunity to hear huge truths through the expressions of my scholars regularly. One instance was when Paramprit let me in on a painting of a cloud along with his words. His words accompanying the painting were: "Clouds have different shapes which show my different creativity. Sometimes it means slowly it's like my life goes smoothly. When it is full of water, then it thunders and rains like me, but that doesn't happen often." Powered by this short but quite meaningful statement I went meditation on Creativity, Analytic of Emotion and Life.

CLOUDS ARE THE REFLECTIONS OF HUMANS The creative process is a multi-faceted, complicated thing and one of the interpretations of this could be that a single thing even if it is a non-living thing, for instance, a painting in making, could actually be woven into something that contains all the complex layers that people do have in their own ways. Thus it is the artist using his intuition, enabled by the loving, gentle, effortless divine force, and was in that ecstatic state like a crystal of ice melting into the pure sea or the source of the Universe's Light of Love. The gentle, flowing clouds symbolized the times when life moves smoothly and effortlessly, a testament to the calm and peace that we all seek. In these moments, creativity flows like a serene river, unhindered and pure.

The sight of this image was so peaceful that I actually felt as if it were really happening there and then. Of course, Paramprit's paintings were like that, for he was able to depict best these moments that crawl swiftly and leave the heart at peace afterward. His choice of soft colors and delicate strokes further emphasized the calmness and beauty of these periods. It reminded me of the importance of appreciating these peaceful times, for they are the foundation upon which we build our strength and resilience.

Nonetheless, there was also another aspect, the depiction of the cloud with heavy flooding water, ready to burst into a thunderstorm. Paramprit's words touched me a lot: "When it is full of water, it thunders and rains the same as me, but it happens rarely." This presented a well-worded visual of the thunderous storm caused by the flood of our emotional tides, sailing the seas inside our heads. A lot of times, we, just like the clouds, get to the point where our emotions overflow and we have got to release them.

During such rare but intense moments, the creativity within us evolves and transforms into a different shape. It has a raw, intense, and transfiguring nature. The thunders and rains are a symbol of the outpour of pent-up emotions, which is the only way for growth and renewal to take place. Paramprit's painting was very helpful to me in finding a common ground that said that strong winds, though testing, are part of our growth. To set our minds and hearts free, they purify us and open the doors for new ideas and perspectives.

Paramprit through his artwork portrayed the fine line between peace and chaos, between mild creativity and heavy emotional outbursts. His masterpiece was not only a picture of clouds; it was a projection of the inner world in which creativity and feelings are united. It was a moving scene, which revealed the reality that our creative expression is a reflection of our emotional world.

As I was ruminating about the painting of Paramprit, I reasoned out that we have no choice but to confront and come what may, embrace everything that comes our way---high as well as lows. Just like the weather, we should welcome as well as work on our realistic and extreme forms. Their role is vital to our growth, development, and even our creativity as well. By knowing and welcoming our feelings we can delve deeper into our creativity and awareness of our identity.

Paramprit's painting has not only reflected the importance of self-expression but has also served as a vehicle for his own spiritual expression. I have counseled my students to discover ways of expressing their inner thoughts and feelings since I was a spiritual healer. Art, with all its forms, is the most powerful of the very few tools to do this. It lets us talk to one another when words are not enough. Paramprit through his art managed to express his emotions and thoughts, showing a part of his very soul.
